Full time - 8:30am - 5:00pm

£13.50 per hour

Location: Wakefield office on a hybrid working basis (2/3 office days per week)

Main purpose of the role is to work as an Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Finance team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Bank transaction processing and daily reconciliation.
  • Oversee and manage email inboxes to address customer queries effectively.
  • Assisting with the processing & timely payment of purchase ledger invoices and monthly employee expenses.
  • Assisting with purchase ledger payment runs.
  • Any other related duties as reasonably required.
