We are looking for production assemblers to work for a large automotive company in Minworth, will be working with high quality components in a large, clean friendly environment. Will be using hand and air tools and some machinery. Work from basic drawings so good eye and hand coordination is necessary.
Shift Patterns
- Day shift: will be working 7am till 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7am till 12noon
- Two rotating shifts: one week working 6am till 2pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6am till 1pm, the following week will be 2pm till 10pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 1pm till 8pm
- Three rotating shifts: a week of 6am till 2pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6am till 1pm, the next week 10pm till 6am Sunday night to Thursday am and Thursday night till Friday 10pm till 5am, and then the following week 2pm till 10pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 1pm till 8pm
Pay Rates
- 39 hours per week
- Days £12.45ph plus holiday pay
- Shifts £14.94ph plus holiday pay
- Nights £16.81ph plus holiday pay
- Overtime in the week is paid at £16.81ph
- Saturday overtime paid at £18.68ph
- Sunday overtime paid at £24.90
Other Information
This will start off as a temporary position but the company can take you on after 12 weeks. There are great prospects with this company and an induction day is required for you to attend before being offered a position.
