FLT Driver and Warehouse Operator now wanted on nights! Sunday to Thursday. Covering shift 22:00hrs-06:00am. TTP contract with extra seasoned benefits to collect.
The role:
- In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching orders.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment efficiently and safely to move goods within the warehouse.
- Loose balling freight/Re-palletizing.
- Receive incoming goods, check their quality and quantity, and store them appropriately in designated areas using appropriate storage methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse logistics operations or distribution centre environment.
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Very good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in all aspects of the role and market’s requirements.
- As per DfT/CAA regulations, you must be able to provide references with no unexplained gaps for the last 5 years and no criminal convictions; for a clean DBS to be obtained.
