We are working with a small freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a Courier/Customer Service Agent.
Role Involves:
- Liaising with customers, couriers, and warehouse team via telephone and email
- Resolve customer queries
- Provide quotes to customers
- Arranging courier / express shipments domestically and internationally
- Preparing documentation and labels
- Updating customers
- Stock control and data entry
- Update POD's
- Invoicing
- Filing
Any Courier / Customer Service experience is an advantage.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Salary is £25K-£28K depending on experience.
