An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client's Operations Team as an Export Coordinator. The role will be based at their office local to Heathrow.
Key Functions:
- Jobs from start to finish, Air or Sea or both
- Customs entries
- Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly
- Full training on in-house computer systems including internal communication and external
- Ensure quality and quantity of work is always at a high level
- Liaise with the customer on system related issues
- Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping
