You’ll work alongside operational leadership to streamline human workflows, train internal AI agents, and provide the speed and charisma that defines our service.
What You’ll Do Operational Excellence SOPs: Act as the frontline of quality control by identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and proactively refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep operations lean and agile.
Manage customer-specific SOP configurations to ensure team alignment.
