We are working with a Medium sized forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for a Road Freight Operator.

The role is working in their London Gateway office.

Working within a team, handling European groupage services.

Role

Involves: Working within a department of 23 people, part of a widerteam of 50.

Handling Europeangroupageservices.

Arranging movement offreightfrom origin to final destination, both international and national.

Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers.

Skills required: Must have a good understanding of Europeanroadfreight.

Capable of manually calculating costs and charges.

Understanding of taxable kilos.

Good customer service skills.

Experience with Customs paperwork.

Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
