They want to remain in and further develop this sector, while also keen to expand into other niche areas. The company is profitable, IATA registered and security listed, with a small office and warehouse (8 staff). They also operate two of their own trucks.
They are looking for entrepreneurial people either with existing clients or with a proven record of being exceptionally good at sales, preferably both. The person could be operational (office based) or be out on the road. The key ingredient must be the ability to deliver on what they promise.
The package on offer is open to negotiation and may include the opportunity to have an equity stake in the company (subject to achieving agreed milestones).
