Our client close to Heathrow is looking for an Airfreight Export Specialist (AOG Experience Preferred). We are looking for a driven Airfreight Export Operator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with AOG and general airfreight export experience who is eager to take ownership, develop their skills, and advance their career in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage airfreight export shipments end-to-end
- Coordinate AOG and other time-critical consignments
- Liaise with airlines, customers, and overseas agents
- Deliver exceptional service in a high-pressure, solution-focused environment
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in every 3) once fully trained
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in airfreight exports (AOG experience highly desirable)
- Strong operational knowledge with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated mindset and desire to grow
- Commercial awareness; existing customer relationships or leads are a plus
- Flexible, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
- Car driver essential
