Key Duties:
- Manage sea freight import/export files end to end
- Liaise with customers, agents, and suppliers
- Arrange customs clearance, documentation, and delivery
- Support air and road freight bookings
- Ensure accurate costing and invoicing
- Make outbound customer calls to support multi-modal growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ sea freight experience
