We are recruiting an experienced Multimodal Freight Sales and Business Development Manager to generate new business for a well-established freight forwarder with offices across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively win new business across Central England
- Sell multimodal freight services including: Airfreight (Import & Export), Seafreight (FCL & LCL), HM Customs clearance & documentation, European Roadfreight
- Build strong relationships with new customers
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery
Key Requirements
- Proven new business sales experience within Freight Forwarding
- Strong knowledge of Road, Air & Sea freight import/export services
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
