Great opportunity for 7.5T Delivery Drivers to join world’s leading contract logistics provider.
You will work Monday-Friday from 08:00am until 06:00pm with 1hour unpaid break.
Basic Hourly Rate = £15.05
Overtime Hourly Rate = £22.58
The role entails:
- Complete daily deliveries and collections.
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorisation if necessary and deliver high standards of customer care.
- Properly use and maintain delivery equipment including handheld scanner.
- Complete daily safety checks, safe loading, securing load of vehicle, maintenance, legislative regulations and adherence to company driving standards (including tachograph vehicles).
About you:
- A full UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points and not have been disqualified in the last five years.
- An enthusiasm and passion to always deliver the best service
- Great team player with the ability to use own initiative
