We have a great opportunity for a Night Export Clerk to join our client's team in West Drayton. This role will be working Monday to Friday 19:00 - 03:00.
Responsibilities:
- Complete export files to the required standard.
- Ensure full compliance with export documentation instructions.
- Manage and complete the shared mailbox to the required standard.
- Resolve customer queries where appropriate.
- Liaise with the warehouse to support smooth operational flow.
- Liaise with the import department & the commercial department where applicable.
- Assist in the reception and receiving area when required.
- Ensure CDS records and related customs documentation are checked, completed and filed correctly where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel).
- Basic knowledge of bond checks is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of NES, ASM GEMS and CDS requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Completion of Aviation Security Certificate Level CO (Training will be provided).
