MACHINE OPERATOR Machine Operating / FMGC / Packaging Marston Green, B37 Rotational Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am plus occasional overtime. £18.12ph on mornings and afternoons and £19.63ph on nights. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with previous experience working with a manufacturing environment, full machine training will be provided however, applicants must have previous experience setting and operating manufacturing machinery. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate the BOBST Masterfold folder-gluer. Produce high-quality folding cartons to customer specifications. Adjust machine settings to achieve the best quality and performance. Carry out quality checks throughout production. Complete efficient job changeovers to minimise downtime. Identify and resolve basic machine or production issues. Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
