- Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Trainee Resourcer to join our busy recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within recruitment. Previous recruitment experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is confident using computers, organised, friendly and comfortable working in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms
- Searching job boards for suitable candidates and CVs
- Contacting potential candidates regarding current vacancies
- Assisting candidates with application forms and registration paperwork
- Printing and preparing application forms and registration documents
- Keeping candidate records and information up to date
- Updating and refreshing online job advertisements
- Changing and updating the job adverts displayed in the office window on a monthly basis
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with candidate enquiries
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day tasks
- Carrying out general office and administrative duties
- Ensuring job adverts and candidate information are accurate and up to date
Skills & Experience
- The ideal candidate will have good IT and computer skills
- Be confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have good attention to detail
- Be organised and able to prioritise their workload
- Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Be confident communicating with candidates
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a positive and proactive attitude
