We are working with an established forwarder who are looking to recruit an Freight Operations Coordinator.
The International Freight Operations Coordinator will support the International Operations team in the day-to-day management of international shipments, customs activity, export documentation, and VIP customer reporting.
Based at our Sunbury site, the role will involve working across both Imports and Exports, with a particular focus on MENA markets, liaising with consular companies, and ensuring customs and shipping documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments, including shipments to MENA markets.
Liaise with consular companies, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure compliance with export requirements.
Complete customs entries accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Support the administration and coordination of a VIP customer
