This role requires a high-caliber operational leader with deep expertise in fine art shipping, high-value logistics, and international freight forwarding. You will take full operational, financial, and team leadership responsibility for the Heathrow hub, ensuring immaculate service delivery to world-renowned museums, commercial galleries, auction houses, and private collectors. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Direct and optimize daily warehouse, packing, transport, and freight forwarding operations to maintain exceptional service standards for high-value cargo. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and build a multidisciplinary team including fine art technicians, export/import coordinators, logistics managers, and warehouse personnel. Financial & Commercial Control: Oversee the P&L for the Heathrow hub, drive operational cost efficiencies, and contribute to budget planning and revenue growth targets.
