We are recruiting on behalf of a
specialist high-value goods freight forwarder
based in the Heathrow area for an experienced
Air Import/Export Operator . This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist operation handling
high-value, time-critical and sensitive shipments , where attention to detail, customer service and operational expertise are essential. Key Responsibilities
Manage
Air Import and Export shipments from start to finish . Coordinate bookings, collections, deliveries and international movements. Complete and check relevant
customs documentation and CDS entries . Liaise with airlines, agents, hauliers and customers. Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays. Provide regular updates to customers and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure all shipments are handled securely, accurately and within required deadlines. Maintain accurate records and update internal freight systems. About You
Previous
Air Import & Export experience
essential. Strong start-to-finish operational knowledge. Experience handling
high-value or time-critical freight
highly desirable. Good understanding of customs and export/import documentation. Excellent attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. CargoWise experience
