Summary of responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Full management of the Liverpool Branch.
  • Team of 7 to manage and support.
  • Operational assistance, worldwide LCL & FCL shipments, BB, and other.
  • Ensure a high standard of service is achieved.
  • Maintain a standard of prompt and efficient freight movement.
  • Set budgets with MD to ensure that revenue and profit goals are consistently met.
  • Develop and improve customer relations and performance.
  • Gain new business in cooperation with Service and Sales Team.
  • Great potential to grow this well-established office.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Proven Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Proven track record of Management role in Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Ensure operational Compliance with all Safety/Security & Customs requirements for Liverpool Office.
  • Possess confidence in presenting information to key stakeholders.
  • Effective decision maker.
