Role Purpose

As a Shift Supervisor, you will make sure the site runs smoothly and safely during your shift. You will lead the team, keep production on track, and follow all safety rules.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the shift and keep the General Manager and Production Manager updated.
  • Supervise the team and make sure production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor shift performance and look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Communicate clearly with other teams and complete full shift handovers.
  • Fill out all paperwork correctly and on time.
  • Help solve problems and prevent issues from happening again.
  • Help with improvement projects to support company growth.
  • Keep the working area clean and tidy.

Experience Needed

  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in the waste or recycling industry (preferred).
  • Experience working with machinery, plant, or facility equipment.

Qualifications

  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety.
