Job Description

Our client close to Heathrow Airport are looking for an Import Coordinator – Sea, Air & Road

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Operations Team as Import Coordinator.

The role will be based at our office facility in Surrey.

Key Functions:

·Jobs from start to finish, Sea, Air and Road

·Customs entries

·Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly

·Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external

·Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times

·Liaise with the customer on system related issues

·Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Desirable Skills:

·Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy

·Cargowise

·Sea and Air modes (predominantly Sea)

·Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

·Customer focused

Working Pattern:

·37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between core hours of 0800hrs – 1730hrs.

·Office based.
