Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our client based in Hounslow. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting both B2B and B2C fulfilment operations, including cross-border shipments and ETSF control. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate systems data, and supporting operational efficiency through strong administrative and IT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse & Fulfilment Administration
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse administrative tasks across B2B and B2C operations
- Process orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a high level of accuracy
- Generate picking lists, dispatch documentation, and shipping labels
- Support inbound and outbound operations including receiving, put-away, and returns processing
- Allocate workload in line with volumes and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain accurate stock records and system updates
