Our client close to Heathrow is looking for an Express/Time Critical Co-ordinator to work 4on 4off 7am to 7pm.
Purpose: Co-ordination of Express department.
Responsibility for: invoicing & profitability. Communicating with customers/suppliers.
Core Capabilities:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A mature and professional manner.
- Confidence with a computer including Excel, CRM database and BoxTop.
- Enjoy working with customers and building relationships. Must be able to work well within a target driven environment.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Day to Day responsibility for customer service delivery to Express Clients.
- Order processing from start to finish including but not limited to Boxtop creation, warehouse pick, tie up of paperwork, customer system KPI management.
- Follow up and resolve all operational issues/customer service concerns raised by the customer.
- Manage and maintain customer KPI expectations with regional depots.
- Promote business development, ensuring all opportunities from existing business are followed up through telephone sales, prospect follow up and quotations.
- Research client operational history past and present, visit their website to gain knowledge of products and any developments.
- Contribute to ongoing operational development and cost saving measures.
- Keep up to date with market trends, company products, services and news.
- Establish, manage and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Import and export jobs from start to finish including clearance.
The hours are 4on 4off 7am to 7pm. Salary £35K to £38K depending on experience.
