Export/Import Air/Sea Clerk

New vacancy for an Export/Import Air/Sea Clerk to join a small sized forwarder based local to Heathrow. 80% Air – 20% Sea

The ideal person would have worked in the industry for around 3years plus and be confident in the start to finish process Airfreight and Seafreight operations

Accepting new Export bookings Booking space with airlines Arranging haulage Creating Export documentation (HAWB/MAWB etc)Export customs entries Pre-alerting overseas agents File billing General customer service, providing shipment updates etc

Dealing with Shipping Lines / completing Bills of lading

Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30

Salary c£32k-£35k
