• European Freight Forwarding Operations.

• Imports/Exports.

• Full/Part Loads.

• Customs/Compliance.

• Staff leadership.

• Business acumen.

• Great interpersonal skills.

Purpose of this role:Managing and developing the daily European Road Freight operations through planning direction and control. Monitor and review VAT and/or Duty exposure. Manage and develop team members. Prepare monthly performance progress reports. Review and update requirements and customer rate profiles. Review credit limits. Monitor activity to ensure that business is retained through effective communication and customer care. Assist Management in meeting sales and profit targets.
