First Choice Staff is recruiting an ambitious Employment Solicitor (2-3 years PQE) to join a well-established UK law firm. You will handle a varied caseload and provide high-quality advice to a diverse client base, supporting both employers and employees with practical, commercially focused solutions.

You will advise on covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE; draft and negotiate settlement agreements; manage files from instruction to completion, ensuring confidentiality.
