FLT driver and warehouse operations are now wanted to join a global leader in the Motorsports Logistics sector. Location: Dunstable LU5. TTP contract. Basic rate: £14.55 + shift allowances, with overtime available for those interested. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with varied shifts from 08:00 am to 18:00 hrs.

Duties:

  • FLT Driving; loading and unloading
  • Unpack, organise, and store items in the designated areas of the warehouse.
  • Prepare and package orders accurately, following specific guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Label packages correctly and arrange for their dispatch using appropriate shipping methods.
  • Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Operate warehouse equipment to move products safely within the warehouse.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimise workflow and achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence, preferably B1, B2, and D1 categories.
  • 5 years previous logistics warehouse experience.
  • Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • 5 years references and clean DBS.
  • CO training to follow once vetting pack is approved.
