All aspects of the sales process, Cold Calling, Emailing, Door knocking, presentations. Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing top talent. Delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience. Account management of existing clients and conducting regular business reviews What We're Looking For Minimum 1 years' 360 recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or business office support.
