Summary of responsibilities but not limited to:
- Full management of the Liverpool Branch.
- Team of 7 to manage and support.
- Operational assistance, worldwide LCL & FCL shipments, BB, and other.
- Ensure a high standard of service is achieved.
- Maintain a standard of prompt and efficient freight movement.
- Set budgets with MD to ensure that revenue and profit goals are consistently met.
- Develop and improve customer relations and performance.
- Gain new business in cooperation with Service and Sales Team.
- Great potential to grow this well-established office.

- Proven Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of Management role in Freight Forwarding industry.
