£28,000 - £32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission. Marston Green (B37)

We are seeking to recruit an experienced SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to work in a Birmingham based small, busy and fast paced recruitment business. The role of SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT will be a 360-recruitment role, and the successful candidate will be running their own desk. In return we are offering a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 (negotiable based on experience) and an excellent and uncapped commission structure from day one!

The role requires an outgoing, savvy, and confident candidate who has a happy, positive outlook and strong work ethic, and enjoys working as part of a bright bubbly team! Who is comfortable speaking on the telephone and making outbound calls, able to respond quickly and with a proactive approach to client and candidates’ requests. Excellent communication skills, team player and positive approach to work is essential.

Main duties will include:

  • Recruiting & resourcing candidates
  • Interviewing and registering candidates
  • Managing & building strong relationships with candidates & clients
  • Canvassing current companies to seek new job opportunities
  • Canvassing new and potential clients
  • Managing client expectations and building strong working relationships
  • Visiting customers to build on one-to-one relationships
  • Completing all administration and Right to Work checks etc
  • Offering CV and interview advice
  • Assisting and managing candidates through the interview process
  • Negotiating on salaries and packages for candidates

The position is working in a modern office in a serviced office building in Birmingham (B37) with free onsite parking.
