Our independently UK Freight Forwarding Client is looking to recruit an experienced Air Freight Forwarder with multi modal transport knowledge. Will involve handling all aspects of airfreight logistics from start to finish, including quoting clients directly and negotiating for supplier buying power. Maintaining strict compliance with export regulations. Updating and maintaining accurate information in our Freight software. Tracking freight. Whilst confident on the telephone, there may be opportunity to visit the hauler warehouse to coordinate documents and problem solve. Overall aim is to assist with their Manchester operations by providing each and every customer, as well as partners overseas, with the most reliable and personalized services available.
