Working Hours: Mon-Fri 6am - 4pm, 4/5 hours every other Sunday (Sunday's can be worked remotely once trained)
We're looking for an organised and proactive Transport Coordinator/Planner to join our clients transport team. You'll plan and coordinate daily transport for a fleet of around 20 - 23 vehicles of all different classes, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and great customer service.
What you'll do:
- Plan and monitor fleet movements of around 20-23 vehicles of various sizes
- Liaise with drivers, customers & warehouse teams
- Ensure transport compliance and accurate paperwork
- Support continuous improvement and team performance
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to transportation
