International Freight / Logistics / Supply Chain
Forward thinking Freight & Logistics organisation seeking to recruit an experienced, energetic, and positive Lead Trainer to join a dynamic team.
The role will involve working with the Training, Learning and Development aspect of the business and requires an experienced Lead Trainer who can deliver engaging, proactive, and informative training across all levels. This includes:
- Company Induction training
- Industry training
- Improvement & Development
- System training
- Management and Career Development training
- Rolling out new working practices
Working closely with various business departments to deliver focused and impactful training, driving adoption without over-engineering complex training.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in a similar role, have a proactive, forward-thinking, and energetic approach, enjoy working at pace, thrive on delivering training, and want to see and make an impact on the teams' improved performances.
Previous experience in the International Freight, Logistics and/or Supply Chain industry would be an advantage, along with an understanding of the Cargo Wise system, though this is not essential.
