This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting both customers and internal teams. You will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, handling quotations, and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer calls, taking orders and directing enquiries where required.
  • Prepare quotations for new enquiries and process confirmed orders.
  • Raise production orders for the factory and monitor progress.
  • Manage customer stock levels for call-off orders, including reordering and re-quoting when needed.
  • Take ownership of aged stock management and provide updates to the Sales Director.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries, making amendments and updates as required.
  • Liaise with the Transport Team to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered on time.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, including delivery and production-related matters.
  • Maintain and update customer account information accurately.
  • Work closely with Accounts to resolve pricing or order queries.
  • Manage and prioritise the shared orders inbox.
  • Support the wider Sales Team, including external Sales Representatives.
  • Provide cover for the Customer Services Manager when required.
