Our client is looking for an Air Export Clerk with Pharma experience. Boxtop and Sequoia experience would be helpful.
Main duties:
- Quoting
- Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
- Export Customs Entries
- Invoicing
- Completing varied export jobs from start to finish
- Occasionally arranging roadfreight shipments, entries, T1 declarations
The hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Personal skills:
- Good communication
- Well organised, able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
- Good commercial awareness
You will ideally hold a valid CO certificate.
Salary: £45K - £52K basic plus on call rota allowance.
Holidays: 21 days - rising to 25 days.
