We have an exciting opportunity for a Multimodal Export Supervisor for a medium sized forwarder.
As the Multimodal Export Supervisor (Air, Sea, Road, and Courier) you will lead an small operational team to execute the ISO compliant, timely handling a cost-effective method of global shipment.
Our client is looking for a hands-on Multimodal Supervisor with good Air, Sea and Road start to finish Export experience.
Job Requirements: Not Limited.
- Experience dealing and supervising a small team of people.
- Maintaining and ensuring all relating mailboxes within the department are kept up to date.
- Ensuring ALL mail in answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete and in depth understanding of our software platform in this case Mult freight SCS and Multished
- Ensuring any given Job within Mult freight complies with the ISO requirements and relating ISO Flow Charts
- To ensure timely Invoicing of Files – This includes chasing up of other departments who may be rating up a specific job/s.
- In conjunction with the Invoicing, to ensure each and every file at time of Invoicing has a full set of accurate costs processed in line with the company’s month end practices.
