Our client is looking for an ETSF/Transport Coordinator to work 4on 4off Days. MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Reporting to the Warehouse and Transport Manager, the coordinator will also work alongside the Import Department and Transport coordinator. GENERAL PUPOSE OF THE POSITION. Ensure the consistently effective operation of transport and the ETSF area. To fulfil the requirements to have a fully compliant ETSF area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. This involves ETSF driver log, ETSF paperwork completed and completing live manifests. Complete ETSF release notes before release of freight. Ensure all goods leaving the warehouse have been cleared ready for removal Receive and process import collection notes, MAWB manifest and damage sheet upon receiving ETSF freight. Use FCL and Microsoft teams to plan day with Transport.
