We are working with a Global, prestigious Freight and Logistics organisation who are seeking to recruit a Late shift Customs Freight Agent to join their thriving Freight Operations.
We are ideally seeking candidates who have previous experience in Customs clearances/Entries, Logistics, Freight, Supply Chain etc and who are keen to pursue a career within a Customs Brokerage role.
The duties of the Late shift Customs Freight Agent will include:
- Process UK customs entries/clearances for air, sea and road freight.
- Work with HM Customs systems and ensure shipments comply with customs regulations.
- Liaise with overseas offices and customers during the late shift.
- Support import/export freight teams.
- Handle detailed administrative work accurately.
- Learn customs brokerage procedures through their training programme.
