We are working with a smaller forwarder who has a great opportunity for an Import Coordinator with Pharma experience. Responsible for coordinating the flow of goods to the UK 3rd Countries for International Clients. To ensure that all parties involved in the Import transportation process are kept informed about its status, and they work to resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Previous start to finish Import experience any export experience advantage, stable work history, potential for development. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Arranging and tracking shipments Communicating with clients / agents for shipping details such as pickup times, shipping method, delivery date, and any special requirements. Scheduling shipment dates and times to meet customer needs. Preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including AWB, packing lists, and commercial invoices in line with UK Custom clearance protocols Coordinating the transportation of goods with our trusted hauliers / own transportation team Communicating with Airline, Freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other transportation providers to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and within budget.
