The predicted salary is between 15 - 16 £ per hour.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join the Family & Childcare Team based at Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital. Working as part of the Children's Services Team, you will collaborate closely with Social Workers and Social Work Assistants to support children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the strengths and needs of children, young people, families, and carers.
  • Contributing to assessments, care planning, and the implementation of support plans.
  • Working in partnership with the wider Children's Services Team to deliver effective, person-centred support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to positive outcomes for children and families.

This post is required immediately for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £15.88.

What We Need From You:

  • Degree in a Care Related Subject or Level 3 Qualification in Care related subject.
  • Previous experience working with children and families.
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply.
  • Willing to undergo an Access NI check.
