THREE Project Administrators required to work with our client based in Altnagelvin Hospital. As a Project Administrator you will be required to provide administration support to the ICT department within the Western Trust as they roll out a new digital service (Encompass). Full training and induction will be provided. The hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday and the rate of pay is £12.86 per hour. These will be full-time temporary positions lasting a minimum of 6 months. These roles are set to begin late December/Early January. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the organisation and provision of ICT equipment Type reports, memos, letters, forms etc. to a high standard, as required Diary management, note taking as appropriate, word processing, mail management, file maintenance and the preparation of papers, reports, briefings etc. to ensure that project requirements are met. Telephone duties- dealing with queries which will include taking and passing on clear and concise messages What We Need From You 5 GCSEs (A-C), Including English and Math Relevant Office Experience. At least 1 years in a secretarial or administrative role What We Will Offer You £12.86 per hour.
