We are recruiting Support Workers for our client, based in the Newtownards area. The role involves working within supported living units and assisting with day-to-day operations and resident support. There will be a variety of shifts 7.30am-3.30pm, 3pm-10.30pm and night shifts with a pay rate of £13.50-£17.50 depending on the shift worked. This will suit someone seeking regular hours or those seeking additional hours to suit their family situation.

The job duties will require working with service users with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, updating documentation, providing personal care, assisting with meals and encouraging self-support.

What We Need From You:

  • Previous experience in Support Work
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To attend mandatory training courses
  • Undergo an Access NI check
