We are currently recruiting 2 Care Assistants to work with our client, Presbyterian Church of Ireland, based in Newcastle. The successful candidates will join a supportive and dedicated team, providing high-quality care and assistance to older people and individuals with physical and learning disabilities. This is a rewarding and sociable role, where you will play an important part in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting their independence, dignity and overall wellbeing.
Immediate start required for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Shifts are available from 8:00am–8:00pm or 8:00pm–8:00am, with a pay rate of £13.50–£17.50 per hour. Previous experience working in a care setting is essential. If you are caring, reliable and passionate about supporting others, we would love to hear from you.
What We Need From You:
To be NISSC registered, or willing to apply.
Minimum of 6 months experience within a healthcare setting
Be willing to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
