We are excited to be recruiting a permanent Holiday Park Warden for our client based in Antrim, this is a full-time role, for which full training will be given.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintenance and development mainly based in their Antrim site however travel will be required across all the holiday park locations, including Portrush.
About the role: Annual Salary: £35,000- £40,000 (Depending on experience) & Company Car Location: Portrush/Antrim Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs p/wk Duration: Permanent Job Duties: Responsible for the planning & delivery of summer and winter repairs, maintenance and development.
Responsible for managing the installation of caravans Responsible for planning and delivery of Holiday Parks site safety and security measures Set and participate in Duty Manager rota to include staying on site in peak periods and 24 hour on call service Manage all external specialist contractors on site- ie electricians, plumbers, Gas engineers in line with site, grounds maintenance and security requirements What We Need From You Full driving licence (Company Car provided) Minimum 3 years experience of team management or in leadership role Minimum of 3-5 years experience and practical hands on work experience history in a similar role What We Will Offer You Use of facilities and activities for friends and family Discounted Rates off holidays across all sites Training and Development Opportunities, as well as team building days and nights out Bonus reward and recognition schemes Refer a friend bonus scheme Pension Scheme
