We are seeking additional Consultants to join our Belfast based Team.
This is a full recruitment role and will include Liaising with Clients on their Staffing Needs Preparing Recruitment adverts Screening Advert Response Interviewing Potential Healthcare Staff Placing Staff in Suitable Assignments Developing Client Relationships Managing Temporary workforce Undertaking Business Development Client On site Visits Taking Part in Job Fair and Recruitment days The role requires a well organised person who has an ability to manage and develop relationships with Clients and applicants and be motivated to build and grow their Business Sector.
Applicants will be expected to have a Professional Business background .
