As a contracted supplier, we are working alongside the Northern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit for4 xChildrens Residential Support Workers located in Ballymena. This role is to support children with disabilities and behaviours with complex needs. These positions are available for immediate starts, preferably full time hours of 37.5 per week. Although, part time will be considered. Various shift patterns available across a 7 day rota with Waken Night Shifts, Early, Late and Sleepovers. Hourly rate of £12.86 – £20.58 depending on shift worked, with a sleepover rate of £75.00. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential to have previous experience with service users in a caring capacity with learning disabilities or behaviours that challenge (Childrens / Adults). Candidates must be NISCC registered, or willing to apply and hold a UK driving Licence, including business insurance. This role also requires candidates to be trained inCPI Safety Intervention. If you are not trained with Safety Intervention, First choice can provide a 2 day training course. For those that are trained, evidence of this will be required prior to commencing work.
