HR Administrator urgently required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, this role will be based in Lisburn HQ. This is a full-time temporary post for a minimum of 6 months. The hours of work will be between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £16.68 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately.

The main duties will include:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Employee Services Team
  • Drafting and typing letters
  • Maintaining the upkeep on sickness and holiday records
  • Providing administrative service for all aspects of the Human Resources function in accordance with the NIFRS HR policy
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes/notes
  • Monitoring incoming calls and mail
  • Handling confidential information

What We Need From You:

  • Over 1 year’s previous experience in a HR or Business support role
  • Five GCSEs (grades A-C)
  • Minute/Note taking
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
