The predicted salary is between 13 - 17 £ per hour.
Support Workers required to work alongside our private sector client in two of their Supported Living Units, one of which is based in Belfast and the other is in Lisburn. The unit in Belfast has 12 adults and the one in Lisburn has 8. This role is to care for and support individuals with learning disabilities, Autism and/or complex needs and who require care and support to increase personal independence and enhance their quality of life.
These positions are available for immediate starts, working full time hours. Various shift patterns available across a 7 day rota with early, late, long day and night shifts. Hourly rate of £13.00 – £17.00 depending on shift worked.
This role requires staff to be trained in CPI Safety Intervention. If you are not trained in Safety Intervention, First Choice can provide a 2 day training course. For those that are trained, evidence of this will be required prior to commencing work.
What We Need From You
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
- Experience working with learning disabilities / Autism
- To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
- Hold a UK Driving Licence, including business insurance
