Senior Administrator urgently required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, this role will be based in Belfast. This is a full-time temporary post for a minimum of 6 months. The hours of work will be between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £16.68 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately.

The main duties will include:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Area Command
  • Drafting and typing letters
  • Maintaining the upkeep on sickness and holiday records
  • Diary management, preparing paperwork for meetings
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes/notes
  • Monitoring incoming calls and mail
  • Handling confidential information

What We Need From You:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Secretary role
  • Five GCSEs (grades A-C)
  • Minute/note taking
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
