First Choice Recruitment are currently recruiting for two Booking Clerks on behalf of the Northern Health & Social Care Trust. These positions are based in Braid Valley Hospital and are due to commence on 1st June for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on service requirements. The pay rate for this role is £12.75 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity for organised and customer-focused administrators who enjoy working in a busy healthcare environment. You’ll be at the heart of the patient journey, helping to keep services running smoothly by managing referrals, booking appointments, updating patient records, and liaising with patients, GP practices and healthcare professionals.

What We Need From You:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems

What We Will Offer You:

  • Full-time temporary position
